Part of the PTP Aquacore range, the PTP Aquacore Water-filled Kettle Bag – 10kg is not your traditional kettlebell. It trains your body in a unique way using the flow and resistance of water to create stability through instability.

As you perform the exercises, the continuous flux of water inside the Aquacore Kettle will challenge your balance, forcing you to engage your core muscles to maintain control over the kettle. This form of training activates your smaller stabilising muscles whilst completing all Athletic movements. It is a great addition to enhance strength and functional training.

The Aquacore Kettle comes with one vertical handle replicating a traditional kettlebell and a valve that allows you to adjust water weight/resistance.

Compact and lightweight the PTP Acquacore Kettle is made of transaparent PVC. This allows you to clearly see the water capacity and the weight using the chart printed on the side of the bag.
